18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

1. Age Verification

JustFans requires all content creators to submit valid, government-issued photo identification before uploading any content. This verification is performed by a licensed, third-party age verification service that cross-references ID documents against official databases. We do not permit any content to be published until the creator's age has been verified as 18 years or older.

2. Record Keeping

In compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, JustFans maintains complete and accurate records for all content depicting actual sexually explicit conduct. These records include:

• A copy of the performer's government-issued photo identification
• A signed model release and consent form for each production
• The date of original production of the content
• A description of the content sufficient to identify it

These records are stored securely and are not linked to public-facing content or profiles.

4. Content Labeling

All content on JustFans that falls within the scope of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 is properly labeled. Users are prohibited from uploading content that does not comply with these requirements. Any user found to be in violation will have their account terminated immediately and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

5. Third-Party Content

JustFans does not produce content directly. All visual depictions on the Site are uploaded by independent third-party creators who are contractually obligated to comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257. We rely on creator representations and third-party verification services to ensure compliance. If you believe any content on our platform violates these requirements, please report it immediately to safety@justfans.fan.
