Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. Creators represent that all individuals depicted in their content are 18+ and have consented to being filmed/photographed and to the distribution of such content.
The following content is strictly prohibited:
You agree not to harass, abuse, or threaten other users; not to share private information of others without consent; not to use the platform for solicitation of illegal services; and not to attempt to circumvent platform security or payment systems.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only in exceptional circumstances such as fraudulent charges.
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JustFans and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without express written permission.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the Site or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk.
In no event shall JustFans, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
